Remote Machining for Makino Pro 5 Mills

Remote Machining offers a software solution designed specifically for the Makino line of Pro 5® Mills that allows remote access to your machine from anywhere with any computer, tablet or smart phone. No software needs to be purchased or installed on any computer; only a web browser is needed. Installation on your mill can even be performed remotely, without a service visit. Just an internet connection and a phone call is all it takes to get you up and running.

You can control and view your Makino Pro 5® Mill in real-time; seeing and doing what any operator on site can see and do; making it ideal for troubleshooting and off-site assistance. Remote Machining provides much more than just viewing or monitoring; it provides total control. Access to particular controls and functions limited by OSHA standards and safety specifications are restricted.

Remote Alarm Notification for Makino Pro 5 Mills

Remote Alarm Notification, allows real-time monitoring of alarms and warnings. It sends the information found on the Makino Pro 5® alarm screen to email and text messages as the alarms and warnings occur.

Unlike traditional auto-dialers and pagers, Remote Alarm Notification uses your network so it requires no dedicated phone line and can send multiple simultaneous notifications to different destinations.

Just like Remote Machining, installation can be performed without the need for
a technician visit or downtime.
